Our beef is processed at a Provincially inspected facility. The cuts are wrapped in freezer-quality paper and ground beef in convenient plastic tubes for your freezer. Depending on your location, we can deliver to your home or make a mutually agreeable arrangement.
We typically offer 1/4 animals (split side) or 1/2 (side). This allows for a variety of cuts and meat. As per industry standards, pricing is based on the hanging weight before aging and cutting. A half is priced at $7.00/lb. hanging weight and a quarter at $7.50/lb. Since these are smaller framed animals, a quarter might have a hanging weight of around 110 lbs. We will send you a cut sheet (like the one below) to provide some direction to the butcher.
