Had the rib steaks tonight, very good…much better than the just grass fed I have had up here. Tasty and tender as you said…I’d go a bit thicker on the steaks is all. My mom and “aunt” said it was excellent. I’d say the corn finishing makes the meat.

Hi Guys, last evening we hosted friends for dinner and cooked up our very first serving of your former steer. It was absolutely incredible delicious and tender. An 8 lb. Prime rib roast ( PERFECTLY ROASTED) Our foodie friends were impressed and amazed with the roast as to intense beef flavour and perfect texture. It seems you guys have some secret to this farming business. Maybe a well loved animal gives back.
